A Sad Excuse for an Airline
First, they cancelled my early morning flight about 30 minutes in advance, making my late-night airport roaming totally pointless.
Then they delayed my re-booked flight by over an hour.
Eventually we boarded the plane, did the safety presentation, and made it to the runway – at which point some genius in a position of persuasion decided that we need to head back to the gate. To pick up more passengers. Who didn’t have seats, because different stellar employees double-booked two seats on the flight.
They gave me a voucher.
Last time i flew with Jet Star from Brisbane to Wellington, the plane got redirected mid flight and i had to spend the night in Auckland airport. Haven’t flown with them since!
